GDPR compliance

Blogmaker keeps cookie usage to a minimum and currently uses out of the box only two third-party services: Google Fonts and Plausible Analytics (available on the Expert Plan).

Google Fonts

Google Fonts may involve requests to Google servers when loading fonts. More information about Google Fonts and privacy can be found here:

https://developers.google.com/fonts/faq/privacy

Plausible Analytics

Plausible is designed as a privacy-focused analytics platform and is GDPR, CCPA, and PECR compliant. More information about their data practices can be found here:

Custom consent management

If your region or legal requirements require stricter cookie or consent management, you may choose to implement an additional third-party GDPR/cookie consent solution on your site.

Website owner responsibility

Each Blogmaker blog is independently owned and managed by its respective owner. While Blogmaker provides the publishing infrastructure and related tools, the website owner remains responsible for their site's content, privacy policies, third-party scripts, embeds, cookies, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Your custom privacy page

You may also want to create a Privacy Policy or Cookies page explaining which services and technologies are used on your website, including any additional third-party embeds or scripts you may add in the future.
