Blogmaker Usage
Blogmaker is intended to be used for creating blogs and writing posts.
Refunds
If we have not imported your posts from elsewhere, full refunds can be issued within 30 days of purchase. Refunds are available only for the first purchase, not subsequent ones. Before an upcoming payment, an email is sent to notify you about the charge. You can cancel your subscription before the charge is made. No refunds will be issued for subsequent charges.
Prohibited content
Prohibited content includes impersonation, plagiarism, hate, violence, adult content, abuse, gambling, drugs, guns and firearms, pharmaceuticals, piracy, illegal downloads, and the promotion or coverage of illegal activity in your country or the USA, where Blogmaker is based. For an up-to-date list of prohibited businesses, refer to Stripe's restricted-business list.
Account suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or delete any account that we determine is using Blogmaker for prohibited purposes. In these cases, no refunds will be issued.
API access
Our non-authenticated JSON API is intended to retrieve and store content on the user's systems, not to serve as a high-volume production origin. We reserve the right to suspend API access when requests are made at an excessive rate.
Newsletter translations
Blogmaker offers a way to translate all elements of a newsletter, including the "Unsubscribe" link. If any of these elements are mistranslated, we reserve the right to delete the blog without notice and issue no refunds.
Newsletter imports
Blogmaker offers a way to import subscribers. If we notice that emails sent to your subscribers bounce or are reported as spam, we reserve the right to delete the blog without notice and issue no refunds.
Liability
Users are liable for any content they upload, post, share, or provide through Blogmaker.
Ownership
Users own all the rights to the content they post on Blogmaker.
Changes
We may update these rules from time to time to reflect changes to our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons.
